The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

It is hard to look elsewhere than at the beauty of Mahone Bay and its islands as the water shimmers in the late summer sunshine, but there is a mystery on the shores of Oak Island!

I swear mystery should be the middle name of Oak Island! There are man-made mysteries of buried treasure, carved stones and more...and then there are natural mysteries...like the water in the Stone Triangle Pit!

The Stone Triangle was a series of rocks in the form of a triangle located in the late 1800s on the shoreline of Oak Island near the infamous swamp and not far from the location where the Money Pit is believed to have been located. The triangle pointed true north and a line ran directly to the Money Pit area.

During excavations in the 1960s by one over-enthusiastic develop, the stone triangle was lost forever, leaving a pit or indenta...
